Refund policy

If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it and we will give you instructions on how to proceed. Do not return anything without first contacting our customer service.

You can email us at idyllbeauty@idvbranding.com. Don't forget to include your order number when you email. For your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with all associated packaging.

Our goal is to process your return within 10 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days of the return being processed, and the time it takes depends on your chosen payment method. The amount refunded does not include shipping costs, but only product costs.

You as the customer are responsible for the risk of return shipping, which includes the risk that the product is damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Package well.

After you have notified us that you wish to return, you have 14 days to act to return the product in question. Once we have received your return and have assessed that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days and send you an email confirming the refunded amount.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to change payment methods.

Please note that our policy only covers purchases made directly from our website and are linked to specific order numbers. It is not possible to return a product you received as a gift or purchased second-hand, but you must contact the original consumer.
